Figs are only a recent addition to my diet but I don't mind incorporating them in smoothies and muesli bars every now and then! Here is a recipe for one of my favourite smoothies; Fig, banana and mango!
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 -3 fresh figs
the flesh of one small mango
1 ½ cups of chilled coconut water
2 bananas

Method:
1.) Blend all the ingredients until smooth and combined.
